This is so exciting! Our seeds are planted and our water is working! : ) Let's just hope something comes up!

P.S. Just in case you may not know, because I won the CASA photography contest, I'll be going on the radio and tv soon to talk about my photograph. I will be on The Hill 100.9FM Friday morning around 8:15. And then I'll be on KNOE early Monday morning around 6:40! Pray I do well! I've never been very good with a bunch of attention.... : )

I won!!

I won the photography contest with CASA! Here's the photo I used. I named it "Gracie".

I received an award this morning and was interviewed by Channel 8 & Channel 10. Those interviews should be on tonight. I will possibly be on the radio and tv again helping to raise awareness of child abuse.

CASA Contest

I've been asked to participate in the Photographer of the Year Contest for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for children) of Northeast Louisiana. The focus of this contest is to inspire and empower the community to get involved with the children in the area who are suffering from abuse and neglect. So just to warn you, this photo is not the 'prettiest' of photos, but I do hope that it will make you think and hopefully get involved. Thanks for looking!
